Bald Hills

Your team not only did what they said they would do but went above and beyond to ensure that everything met our expectation and in many instances exceeded.

This project is a considered renovation and extension of a classic Queenslander, designed to respect the original form while delivering a calm, contemporary home suited to modern living.

Externally, the home retains its traditional proportions and weatherboard character, balanced with clean lines, dark trims and a confident, restrained palette. The new rear extension opens the house to the yard, creating a strong connection between indoor and outdoor living. The covered deck extends the usable footprint of the home and provides a sheltered space for everyday life, while the landscaping completes a practical, low-maintenance setting.

Internally, the build focuses on clarity, durability and quiet refinement. The bathroom is deliberately minimal, anchored by large-format stone tiles, a freestanding bath and carefully selected fixtures that feel timeless rather than trend-driven. The laundry continues this approach, with custom cabinetry, integrated storage and a clean material palette that elevates a functional space into something genuinely pleasant to use.

Throughout the project, attention has been paid to proportion, natural light and build quality. The result is a home that feels cohesive and resolved, where new work sits comfortably alongside the old, and every decision supports longevity, comfort and understated design.
